Shipping

  • Xtreme Airsoft only ships within the United States
  • Most orders are shipped via UPS and/or USPS
  • Most orders placed by 2pm CST will be shipped within 48 business hours
  • We may request up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) to process and ship orders following a holiday or due to an influx of orders received
  • Orders with expedited shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air) that are received and/or have been verbally confirmed by 2pm CST will be processed and shipped the same business day
  • Customer is responsible for contacting Xtreme Airsoft by phone to provide verbal confirmation on orders with expedited shipping (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air), high dollar amounts, mismatched billing and/or shipping information (incomplete ship-to address, name and address mismatch, cardholder mismatch). Customers will be notified by email if confirmation is required
  • Xtreme Airsoft does not process or ship orders on weekends and holidays. Customers are responsible for knowing UPS and USPS schedules regarding delivery on weekends and holidays
  • Customers will be notified by email regarding any out of stock items during the processing stage
  • Orders containing only small items such as internal upgrade parts or patches can be shipped USPS.
  • USPS is available as an alternate shipping method for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call Xtreme Airsoft to confirm.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost to resend any undeliverable orders returned by UPS due to invalid, incorrect or incomplete shipping information. To receive instant alerts and updates to your phone or email about your package in transit, we recommend creating a UPS My Choice account
  • Orders with custom built airsoft guns require an additional processing time of 1 to 10 business days
  • Upgrades or tune up/repair service orders require an additional processing time of 10 to 15 business days
  • Signature is required upon delivery for orders shipping to Maine (ME)
  • Signature is required upon delivery for orders over $500 shipping to Colorado (CO), Florida (FL), North Carolina (NC), Nevada (NV), West Virginia (WV)

RETURNS

Xtreme Airsoft realizes that not every purchase made from our website and retail store is a perfect fit for every customer. It is our goal to offer exceptional service and support to our customers. If you are not happy with a product purchased through our store you will have 45 days from the date of receipt to return the item. Please DO NOT send any returns back without prior authorization from our RMA Department and the proper documentation. All items MUST be returned through our RMA process. Proper documentation and instructions will be forwarded to you once your return request has been authorized. The process and rules are listed below.

Please be mindful that all returned items must be in brand new, factory sealed packaging. Returned items must be restockable and, therefore, must be brand new, unused, and in functioning condition. All returned items will be thoroughly inspected by our staff to ensure the items are in returnable condition. Once the items have been inspected and approved for refund, the following options are available:

    • You may receive a store credit for the full purchase amount paid for the item returned.
    • You may receive a refund to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase. Please note there will be a minimum 15% restocking fee on all authorized returns for refund.

Items that have been inspected and are determined to be in unsellable condition and cannot be restocked will be subject to a minimum restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned item. The reason behind the restocking fee is simple; as a customer you would not be satisfied if an item you received appears to be used or does not come with factory packaging. You will find the appropriate restocking fees listed below:

    • A 10% restocking fee will be charged to open boxed items returned for store credit.
    • A 20% restocking fee will be charged to open box items returned for refund.
    • A 25% restocking fee will be charged to un-restockable items returned for store credit.
    • A 30% restocking fee will be charged to un-restockable items returned for a refund to customer credit card/pay pal account.

* Please note that the above restocking fees will be automatically calculated by our staff and are non-negotiable. Please DO NOT return used merchandise.

The return policy will only apply to BRAND NEW and un-used items. If you experience any problems (DOA, failure, damage) with an item you received, it will be covered under factory warranty policy. All merchandise, unless otherwise stated, that are sold on www.XtremeAirsoft.com is covered under our 45-day warranty. Please refer to the warranty policy for more details.

Xtreme Airsoft does regret to inform you that all shipping costs for returning merchandise from the customer back to Xtreme Airsoft will be the sole responsibility of the customer. To avoid any confusion about the condition of the merchandise you plan on sending back, please refer to the information below:

Airsoft Guns:

Items must be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition. This means that you have not fired a bb through the gun. Once the battery has been charged and a bb is fired through the airsoft gun, the merchandise will be considered used and is not eligible for return. If there is a problem with the merchandise, please initiate a warranty claim with our RMA department.

Accessories:

Items must be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition. This means that the merchandise is still in its original packaging; items have not been used or installed on a gun. If there is a problem with the merchandise, please initiate a warranty claim with our RMA department.

Magazines:

Items must be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition. This means that the merchandise is still in its original packaging; items have not been used or installed on a gun. If there is a problem with the merchandise, please initiate a warranty claim with our RMA department.

Tactical Gear:

Items must be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition. This means that the merchandise is still in its original packaging with all merchandise tags connected. Additionally, item does not have any signs of wear or use. If there is a problem with the merchandise, please initiate a warranty claim with our RMA department.

Apparel:

Items must be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition. This means that the merchandise is still in its original packaging with all merchandise tags connected. Additionally, item does not have any signs of wear or use. If there is a problem with the merchandise, please initiate a warranty claim with our RMA department.

Battery and chargers:

Items must be in BRAND NEW and UNUSED condition. This means that the merchandise is still in its original packaging with no marks or signs of wear on the battery packs. If there is a problem with the merchandise, please initiate a warranty claim with our RMA department.
